Debrief/report filed by: Agent Chloe Azmaveth
Subject: Agent Corban James Dowler
Code Name: The Dove
Operation: Mountain Clinic Bravo (MCB)
I debriefed Corban by phone @ 0300 this morning. MCB Op in Pakistan began when he flew into Kabul, Afghanistan 4 days ago. Hundreds of civilians who were attacked by Taliban recently needed help ASAP. Threats of another attack mounting. Looting, murders, and arson left 50 houses burned and 100 more abandoned. Hundreds are homeless.
Sent COIL Agents Johnny “Mapper” Wycke and Fred “Memphis” Nelson into northern Pakistan with cargo plane of supplies for refugees, but danger still present. Ground assistance still too dangerous.
Corban crossed Hindu Kush Mountains through Kyber Pass using Muhammad ibn Affal cover. His arms dealer cover is still intact.
Contact was positive with local tribal leaders who led attack, influenced by Taliban. Corban played on their fears by convincing Taliban loyalists that UN forces were closing in. Taliban withdrew and a second attack was avoided.
Corban was extracted by Memphis east of Peshawar. Red Cross moved in at 0700 today to see to the wounded, mostly Christians who refused to support Taliban law.
