Welcome, Reader Friends and New Subscribers! Are you looking forward to my upcoming COIL novel, Distant Boundary? It will actually be the new prequel to The COIL Legacy. In this series, I’ll involve many past characters that you may know, along with new ones, but with fresh adventures and new inspiration.
The New Prequel
This prequel novella is just a taste of so much more to come, involving Titus Caspertein, Corban Dowler’s most recent protege. God’s people everywhere are under attack, and those who share the gospel of Christ need a man of courage to watch over them.
Titus has a sordid past and a flawed present, but God has changed his heart for a future of daring faithfulness. If he can just survive this first crisis in Zimbabwe . . .
The COIL Legacy
The world has changed since Corban Dowler first worked for the CIA, hunting spies in the shadows of the Kremlin. (You can read more about his past life in Dark Edge, FREE from most retailers.) He’s altered his methods and updated his technology, but now that he’s aging, he needs a younger operative to help him carry the COIL torch.
COIL enemies are just as wicked in this new series, and they have new methods as well. Perhaps the End Times are in focus, giving ambassadors of Satan much desperate determination. The COIL Agency has never been more challenged to protect God’s people!
The Reader
If you are a fan of past COIL novels, then for you, the adventure continues where Dark Zeal (Book 5 in The COIL Series) left off. I would’ve never written a whole series, let alone started another one, if readers hadn’t urged me to continue. I write for you!
The COIL journey has been a wonderful experience for me, and I anticipate many more adventures for us all. Please continue to share your reviews as you read, and I’ll continue to share what COIL Christians endeavor around the world. 😉
See you on the next page!

NOTE from Dee:
The new Telbat’s Tablet site upgrade is now LIVE! Our thanks to Cyndi of Office To Go, and MaAnna of BlogAid for their immense help in our new website endeavor! Now, with our website upgrade about finished, I can again focus on getting more D.I. Telbat stories and books out for you this New Year!
But FIRST, we invite you to stop by and visit our new, freshly decorated home! We’re still located at the same address: https://ditelbat.com. We’d love to hear your thoughts through our Contact form here on the menu bar, or in the comment box below.
There are some great features we hope you’ll enjoy on our new site. One is that this theme is responsive, meaning it will work great on your mobile devices! Another is that all of our book pages have logo buttons for retailers where you can find David’s books. (Some of the links are affiliate links, which means if you click those buttons and buy anything, we receive a small fee to help pay for the website, hosting, and other costs of having an online business/ministry.)
Another great feature is our upper menu bar (also found at the bottom of each page), which provides links to different book categories—David’s Audiobooks, End Times Novels, Series, Free Books, Resources, etc. Be sure to check those out. A big change is that our blog is no longer on our front page, though I’ve put the last post there. To see all our blog posts, click the “Blog” link in the menu bar. There are many other great additions so please have a look-see!
We’re now planning a CELEBRATION–for 5 years of blogging, for our new website, and for David Telbat’s next series debut! Check our Contest & Giveaway page here!
