Fictional Debriefing Report on the Eritrea Persecuted Church
Debriefing/report filed by: Agent Juan “Scooter” Blanco
Subject: Agent Jason Bruno
Code Name: Bang (Team Alpha)
As Team Alpha leader now, I debriefed Field Agent Bruno upon returning home from Eritrea. I ran the support team as Bruno posed as a wealthy oil tycoon and flew into Eritrea. He met with both political and financial figures and convinced them to sell him 100 of the country’s most condemned Christian prisoners for $1000 per head.
For 2 weeks, the others and I waited in hiding as Bruno was catered to in a fancy hotel in Asmara. Negotiations were finally completed and COIL (Corban Dowler and Chloe Azmaveth) wired the money to an Asmara general. The Christian prisoners were meant to serve their death sentences through slave labor, but COIL is transplanting them to safety elsewhere.
Bruno was extracted, his cover intact. Over 2000 other Christians are imprisoned in Eritrea under life-threatening conditions. Others are beaten, their houses burned, or their lives harshly interrupted, simply because they claim to be Christians.
We are planning another extraction in Eritrea. It’s hard to believe many Americans don’t even realize how believers are being treated over there. Time to get the word out.
